The Spynamics Spine Aligner ™

Spynamics follows the natural shape of the human  vertebrae and when used properly can help to regain improved spine alignment, muscle relaxation and improved nerve function. This versatile device is a fantastic therapy aid that all body workers should recommend to their patients.
Invented by the Back Pain Specialist Thomas Zudrell MD(AM), DMS following the principles of the Dorn Method, and aspects from Osteopathy and Physical Therapy.

The Spynamics Spine Aligner can also be used in the Sacrum area. We recommend this for example if the counter-pressure at the coccyx while using the Sacro Aligner is too uncomfortable. The humps of the Spine Aligner should be downwards at the coccyx (see picture) (Picture is only for demonstration of the position. During exercise the tool is below the sacrum in lying, face up, position.)

The Spynamics Spine Aligner can also be used to treat headaches (migraines) and tension in the head/neck area. Place under the head (occiput) (see instruction brochure) and provides suboccipital inhibition which produces a relaxation in the deep suboccipital muscles that are often the culprits in many cases of headaches / migraine. The patient also treats important acupressure points (TCM) like Meridian points B 9 and B 10.

At a slightly higher point on the back of the head (behind the middle of the ears) the Spynamics Spine Aligner achieves a so called Still Point which has according to Cranio Sacral Therapy important therapeutic effects. A Still Point is indicated when the cerebrospinal fluid gently and naturally comes to a rest in what can best be described as an extended pause. The delicate interruption of fluid flow causes a momentary buildup of fluid in the system. When the tissues are subsequently released and the fluid begins to flow again, it gently flushes the system, causing the membranes to stretch a bit and release tissue restrictions or adhesions. Spynamics Spine Aligner can further be used to gently stretch and re-align the upper lumbar and the thoracic spine. The acupressure effect (like a strong Shiatsu massage) from the body’s own weight works along the Bladder meridian with a specific stretching and mobilization of the Facet joints via the Transverse processes of the spine. » Arm movements like boxing upwards (coming from the shoulder not the elbow!) increase the effect.

This mechanism can have very positive effects onto the nervous system of the indicated areas that may positively influence problems on the organ level.

Spynamics Spine Aligner promotes a relaxation of the complete deep muscular system of the spine especially M.multifidus and Mm.rotatores.

The regular use of the Spynamics Sacro & Spine Aligner can achieve a long term relaxation along the whole spinal column.

The Spynamics Spine Aligner ™ is Made in Germany as a quality product from a very specific PUR Integral Foam Material. It is porous on the inside and has a very durable skin on the outside. It is soft yet exactly hard enough for its purpose! It is extremely light weight and flexible. This special (and unfortunately quite expensive) material was chosen after experimenting with may different materials because it was closest to the original: The Hands of a Therapist! The shape was developed by professionals taken into account the protection of the strong and flexible yet very delicate human structural system. The Spynamics Sacro Aligner ™ looks simple but has a lot of know how and science behind its development that guarantees a high quality product to high German standards. The Spynamics Spine Aligner ™ may (on the first view) look a little like other products on the market but is in fact completely different in Material, Purpose, Shape and Science-Background.
