This instructional massage DVD teaches how to massage the body in side lying position using the forearms. Side lying position is a useful angle for accessing the muscles that run along the sides of the body, as well as creating new angles for massaging and stretching the muscles of the front and back body. These techniques can be combined into existing pregnancy, medical, and relaxing massage routines. Massaging with the forearms offers the practitioner more leverage, increased durability, and a larger surface area of contact.
