About the Author: Mel Cash BA, LCSP (Assoc) has been a massage therapist since 1985, and has become one of the world’s leading authorities on the subject through his books.
Mel clinical experience is huge and his client base used to include the heavy weight boxer Frank Bruno and the Prima ballerina Sylvie Guillem. Although busy running the school he still runs a private practice in North West London where he treats athletes at all level as well as non athletes with postural/occupational stress and physical disabilities.
He is the principal tutor of the London School of Sports Massage, and has lectured in anatomy and physiology at the University of Westminster.
